TEST STRATEGY:

A Test Strategy outlines the Test Approach of the Project. Test Strategy is basically considered as the High-Level document that defines the objectives of Testing in a Project derived by the Test/QA Managers.

TEST PLAN:

Test Plan is a detailed document that includes all the tasks for QA Project, Schedules them, defines the scope of the project, roles & responsibilities, risks, entry & exit criteria, test objective, and anything else that you can think of. It is basically derived from SRS, FRD, or Use Case Documents by Test/QA Leads of the Projects.
